Vontaemadeit EPK
Detroit-born. Portland-based. Every track anchored in real life.
Bio
A cinematic voice rising from the shadows, Vontaemadeit is carving out a lane in hip-hop's ever-evolving landscape with a sound that's equal parts intentional, unfiltered and impossible to ignore.
Detroit-born and Portland-based, his journey has been anything but conventional — marked by instability, survival and a relentless drive to turn pain into purpose. Homeless by 15 and entirely self-taught, Vontaemadeit didn't follow a formula — he broke through one. What began as a spontaneous freestyle during a casual studio session quickly turned into a breakout moment: no promo, no plan, just raw truth that made its way to the radio and never looked back.
Since then, he's been all in — sculpting sound from experience, balancing vulnerability with precision, and anchoring each track in lived reality. Sonically, his music lives in the in-between: melodic and moody, structured and fluid, autobiographical yet universal. With standout tracks like "Case" and "Never Played" and early co-signs from collaborators like Treonthebeat and Tmajor, Vontaemadeit is building more than momentum — he's building a world anchored in the music: immersive, narrative and built to last.
With a steady pulse of new releases on the horizon, Vontaemadeit is quickly cementing himself as one of the most distinct and commanding voices in hip-hop's next wave. This isn't an artist emerging. This is an artist arriving.
